    Dawn

    As a former accountant, being on the yoga mat after a long day at work became Dawn’s quick-fix for stress relief. Having practised for more than 16 years and taught for more than 10 years, she is constantly inspired by the transformative benefits of yoga. When she became a mum in 2018, her yoga practice was the self-care she needed for carving out moments of tranquility amidst the demands of motherhood.

    She wishes to share this wonderful experience with others, especially the busy urban dweller who may find it a challenge making time to exercise. She strongly recommends a little bit of yoga to soothe any tightness in the body and bring some calmness to the mind! 

    Dawn believes it is most important to have a fun and safe practice, and encourages students not to be too hard on themselves on the mat. Her teaching emphasises proper alignment to build a strong foundation. She feels extremely blessed to have found yoga which she truly enjoys, and to have the opportunity to share it with others.

    Kerin

    Kerin Koh has always loved yoga for the calming effect it has on her after each practice. Steady yoga practice in recent years has improved Kerin’s strength and flexibility significantly. This piqued her curiosity to learn more about the philosophy and theory behind this ancient science, motivating her to take up the yoga teacher training course with Yoga Seeds.

    This opened up a whole new world and now, to her, yoga is not just a physical exercise, but also an attitude and mindset which helps her to achieve strength, flexibility and balance in life, all through consistent practice.

    Kerin believes that yoga is for everyone and will like to share and teach yoga in line with the abilities and needs of the individual.
