Dawn
As a former accountant, being on the yoga mat after a long day at work became Dawn’s quick-fix for stress relief. Having practised for more than 6 years, she is constantly inspired by the amazing benefits of yoga. Other than improved flexibility and strength, yoga has brought overall body and mental wellness to many others and herself. She wishes to share this wonderful experience with others, especially the busy urban dweller who may find it a challenge making time to exercise. She strongly recommends a little bit of yoga to melt away any body tensions and bring some calmness to your mind! Dawn believes it is most important to have a fun and safe practice, and encourages students not to be too hard on themselves on the mat. Her teaching emphasises proper alignment to build a strong foundation. She feels extremely blessed to have found yoga which she truly enjoys, and to have the opportunity to share it with others.Certifications:

Seow Hon
Seow Hon was first introduced to yoga and instantly fell in love with this ancient practice when she was 16 year-old under the influence of her yoga instructor aunt. She returned to her path after tertiary study in 2012 and found that yoga has become her important daily repertoire to relax and balance her life from stressful day job. The physical and mental health benefits that Seow Hon has experienced through yoga have been rewarding and life changing, hence she decided to deepen her practice and she subsequently completed 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training course in 2013.Her teaching style not only focus on building up strength, stability and flexibility, she also emphasizes on breathing, alignment and self-awareness in order to get the most benefits out of yoga.Seow Hon believes that yoga is truly a gift to be shared. It is a powerful therapeutic mean for our mind and body if we can maintain continuous mindfulness throughout the practice.Certifications:

Diana’s journey into fitness began 10 years back when she started gym workout to improve her overall wellbeing, power and strength. She started venturing into yoga to improve her flexibility, concentration, core strength and balance. Through practicing yoga, it gave her the tools to make whatever she did better. It built not only strength and flexibilty but also helped her to achieve wellness, withstand greater stress level on her body and better manage her stress level to name a few.Diana has been practicing and teaching yoga for the past 6 years. She has completed a diploma in 200 Hours International Hatha Yoga Teacher Training course with Tatva Yoga. Through this course shegained deeper knowledge and understanding of yoga.Professional objective: To inspire students through the practice of yoga with their own personal wisdom, healing abilities and expansive potential.Certifications:
